Autogram Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Brunner & Bang Global Enterprises AB, Sweden ("we", "us") about your use of the Autogram app. By creating an account or using Autogram, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Autogram.
1. Who can use Autogram
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
- One person per account. Don't create an account for someone else or pretend to be someone you're not.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
Autogram is a place for sharing everyday moments with friends and family. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, share or send:
- nudity, sexual content, or any content that sexualises minors;
- violence, gore, threats, or content that promotes self-harm;
- hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are;
- harassment, bullying or intimidation;
- photos of other people without their consent, or private information about others;
- spam, scams, or misleading or impersonating content;
- anything illegal, or content you don't have the right to share.
Photos are checked automatically before they can be suggested, and anyone can report a post or a person from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules. We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that break them, without notice.
3. Consent from people in your photos
When you tag someone in a photo, it is only posted once everyone tagged has approved. Please tag everyone who is clearly recognisable in a photo. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to share photos of people who are not tagged, including children.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the photos and captions you add to Autogram.
- You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and transmit your content only as needed to run Autogram for you and the people you share with (for example, to review photos, show posts to your followers and deliver notifications). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
- You confirm that you have the rights to the content you add and that sharing it doesn't break these terms or anyone else's rights.
5. Blocking and reporting
You can block anyone and report posts or people at any time. Blocking hides your posts and profiles from each other. Please report content that breaks these terms; misuse of the reporting tools is itself a breach of these terms.
6. Automated suggestions
Autogram uses automated analysis (on your device and on our servers) to suggest photos and captions and to check that content is safe. Suggestions and captions may sometimes be wrong. Nothing is posted until you choose to share it.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Autogram and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering Autogram. If we stop offering Autogram, we will try to give you reasonable notice.
8. The service
Autogram is provided free of charge and "as is". We work to keep it available and secure, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you; the originals stay in your photo library.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.
10. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Autogram or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Your use of Autogram must also comply with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we will let you know before they take effect. If you keep using Autogram after that, you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are decided by Swedish courts, but if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
